No. AI at Veritas handles triage, navigation and administration so that clinical time goes to patients. Clinical decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals; the technology is designed to stay in the background.

How is patient data protected?

Data security and privacy by design is one of the platform's founding principles, and the platform will operate in line with South Africa's POPIA requirements. How information submitted through this website is handled is set out in our privacy notice.

Will Veritas offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth and virtual care are core parts of the digital health platform, supported by remote patient monitoring so that care continues between visits.

What research will Veritas undertake?
